Shipping and Returns
We ship our items via UPS services, the rate is calculated dynamically by the actual wegiht.
Please see the following map for Ground service delivery speed.
To return the products, you will need to first obtain an RMA number from us to return the products, and any returns without the RMA authorization will not be accepted.
You will have thirty (5) days from the date of invoice to do so, should you decide to return. You need to pay for the shipping back to us. PhantomHobby.com will refund in full once the products are received and inspected to be complete and not damaged in any way.
We do not charge restocking fee if the items are intact, and handling charge and shipping fee are not refundable.
