A: No, regrettably PhantomHobby.com sells to USA customers only.
Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
A: We accept VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Discover, and Paypal payment, process by Paypal, an Ebay company.
Q: What is Paypal and is it safe?
A: Paypal is an Ebay company, and it provides credit card transaction services. We use Paypal because it is safe and secure.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card is charged when the order is placed, so that we can begin processing your order.
Q: I am a reseller, what do I do?
A: You need to first register with us and complete the verification of your reseller status. Resellers have different price tiers than the retailing prices on all of our products.
Q: How do I apply for reseller account?
A: After you complete the customer registration with us, please contact our customer support to have your certificate filed and verified, and we'll upgrade your account to reseller status.
Q: What are the warranties for PhantomHobby.com's products?
A: All products from PhantomHobby.com carry one (1) year limited warranty from the date of the original invoices against defects, unless otherwise specified. Power supplies and power adapters are covered for three (3) months only. The warranties do not cover including but not limited to user errors, faulty installations, acts of god, and etc.
Q: How do I return the products?
A: You will need to first obtain an RMA number from us to return the products, and any returns without the RMA authorization will not be accepted. You will have thirty (30) days (one month) from the date of invoice to do so, should you decide to return. You need to pay for the shipping back to us. PhantomHobby.com will refund in full once the products are received and inspected to be complete and not damaged in any way. We do not charge restocking fee if the items are intact, and handling charge and shipping fee are not refundable.
Q: What is the order processing time?
A: All orders received before the daily cut-off time will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Generally the products will be shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days after being processed.
Q: Do you match competitor's prices?
A: No, regrettably we do not match prices.
Q: Do your charge sales tax?
A: Yes, we collect California sales tax (8.25%) on all orders shipped to the state of California , unless you are verified to be exempted from such tax.
Q: How much is the shipping?
A: The shipping charge is calculated based on the total weight and volume of the products, and you will be able to see and select the shipping options when you check out the order. Our system is connected to UPS to provide you accurate shipping quotes.
Q: Do I need to register?
A: You only need to register if you want to place an order.

A: We ship via UPS Next Day, Two Day, Three Day, and Ground.
Q: Do you have technical support for installation?
